I’m opening up the room because my girlfriend is away for 2 months, so it’s free for a guest during that time. Your space You’ll have a large, comfortable private room with a quality 1.40m sofa bed fitted with an extra mattress topper, so it feels like a real bed — not a compromise. You’re welcome to use all the apartment’s facilities: a full kitchen, a bathroom, two separate toilets, and a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment spans two floors, with fast, reliable WiFi and a washing machine — everything you need to settle in comfortably. The setup You will own a private room in our appartment. I’ll be around part of the time, staying in my own separate bedroom. I work long hours during the week and am often away on weekends, so you’ll have plenty of quiet and privacy. My friendly Miniature Schnauzer, Dali, lives here too — so this home is perfect for dog lovers (and worth noting if you have allergies). But no need to take care of him.
